I had a listing in Todd Creek/Brighton that ended up needing a last minute septic inspection prior to closing after we thought an inspection wasn't required since the system had been replaced within the last year. Venessa coordinated with Adams County and Spenser was able to inspect the septic system within a day. We were able to close on time and the sellers were thrilled!
